The room was spacious and well-designed, with a separate living area and bedroom. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, providing options for relaxation. the hotel staff were great, always willing to assist with any requests or concerns.

The breakfast options were quite limited and the quality of the salads and fruit was disappointing, as they appeared wilted. I was unable to access the balcony, which I would have liked to enjoy.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect for us as there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in our room was fast and very useful. The staff were extremely polite and accommodating, always smiling and greeting us warmly. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service.

Families should be aware that there is no mention of any babysitting/child services available here. Nonetheless, the leisure spa & wellness centre was great.

The hotel is conveniently located on a lively shopping street and only a short walk from the metro station. It was easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a small family. The staff was courteous, and I had a pleasant interaction with Ms. Roxanne who allowed us to have a late check-out. The hotel also offered a 24-hour restaurant downstairs and a small Starbucks with a 20% discount, a nice perk.

Attentive and friendly service from the receptionist who went out of his way to assist with our requests. The spacious and clean rooms were a comfortable retreat. The gym, although small when crowded, had all the necessary equipment. The delicious Thai curry at the hotel restaurant was a highlight. The hotel's convenient location near Al Rigga Metro made exploring the city easy.
